Tarul Kode, Pharm.D.

Founding Principal

Dr. Kode is a purpose-driven executive and community leader with over two decades of progressive experience and success in the healthcare ecosystem. Her key strengths include low-ego, values-based leadership, high emotional intelligence, and consistent execution through curiosity and growth. She's passionate about transformational leadership, healthcare equity, technology, and innovation.

Tarul currently serves as Board member at knowRX, Advisor at Techstars,  Redesign Health, Big Rio AI, Remedy Product Studio,  Bream, Mariana AI, AMCP Heath Disparities Committee, and various equity focused community organizations. She is a member of Chief, the world’s largest women’s executive leadership network. She earned her Doctorate in Pharmacy with Honors from the University of the Pacific in an accelerated program in 2002. She completed the Harvard Global Health Care Leaders program in 2022, Venture Capital University through Berkeley Law in 2024. Craig L. McCloud, Esq,

Founding Principal

Craig is an executive leader, internationally-trained general counsel, litigator, negotiator, mediator, and strategic advisor with twenty-five years of success in health care, legal, and various other corporate sectors. He brings rich expertise in organizational and operational planning, growth, and risk management. Highlights of his professional training include: Harvard Medical School Global Healthcare Leadership Program and Yale School of Management Executive Healthcare Management Program. Additionally, he is actively engaged in the annual World Business Forum.

Craig’s strengths include his natural executive presence and reputation in the execution of strategy, revenue/growth, and risk management. He earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Western Michigan University in 2004, where he was President of his class. Highlights of his career include: President and General Counsel of a health care enterprise serving marginalized rural communities; President of a health care construction company concentrating in health care facility construction; and Founder and Managing Member of McCloud Law Group. He holds various leadership appointments in his hometown and local community in addition to advisor at Remedy Product Studio.

    Kareem currently leads the Planning and Governance function under the Chief Digital Officer, Dubai Academic Health Corporation (DAHC).     Mohit Nair is a design researcher, public health practitioner, and policy advocate with extensive experience in global health across India, Laos, Zambia, and the United States. He currently researches AI Policy and Governance at Microsoft, where he focuses on understanding customer expectations around building trust with large-language models and setting appropriate enterprise guardrails for emerging technologies. He previously worked as a Social Research Scientist in King County's Public Health Department for the Zero Youth Detention and Best Starts for Kids initiatives.
